Tools
From ideas to action
The Tools section of the MasterPeace Knowledge Platform is your go-to space for practical, ready-to-use resources that support your daily work with young people, groups, and communities. While the Knowledge section focuses on learning and professional development, this section is all about action: tools you can take, adapt, and apply immediately in a classroom, training, workshop, or community setting.
Here, you will find hands-on materials designed to make your work easier, more engaging, and more impactful. These include workshop formats, activity descriptions, facilitation guides, exercises, templates, games, discussion prompts, and practical methodologies. The tools are created with youth workers, trainers, teachers, and educators in mind, but they are equally useful for civil society organisations working in non-formal education, participation, and social change.
Many of the tools address themes that also appear in the Knowledge section, such as communication, digital and media literacy, emotional intelligence, social entrepreneurship, inclusion, or active citizenship. The difference is in the format and purpose: these resources focus less on theory and more on direct application. They help you translate ideas and concepts into concrete learning experiences.
All tools shared in this section are flexible and adaptable. You are encouraged to adjust them to your context, group size, cultural background, and learning objectives. Whether you need a quick activity, a full workshop plan, or a creative exercise to spark discussion, this section offers practical solutions to support meaningful learning and engagement.
DoUth is a transnational capacity-building project for CSOs in the Western Balkans (Kosovo, Albania, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina), in collaboration with partners from the EU (Netherlands and Germany). It strengthens youth work via innovative NFE methodologies on Artivism, Doughnut Economics, and Social Entrepreneurship. The project builds local teams’ skills through training, bootcamps, and mentoring, enabling them to guide youth in implementing community action. Trained teams act as multipliers, empowering youth—especially young women and marginalised groups.
